Epilepsy (often referred to as a seizure disorder) is a chronic neurological condition characterized by recurrent unprovoked seizures. It is commonly controlled with medication, although surgical methods are used as well. I'm pretty sure they're seizures, but for some reason I can't be too sure. They may be cause from childhood trauma or something. But, I just realized a few years ago, that whenever I would get into trouble...I would go through some sort of episode. Depending on the type of light in the room, my eyes would adjust first to that shade of light then change. For instance, if it was bright in the room then I'd start seeing only white, then grey then black. Eluding everything else infront of me. Such as figures, shapes and other things. If the room was darker, then I'd see grey, then black and then white. Again, eluding all the things around me. However, before my vision would fade, I'd get this pain on the left side of my head...right behind my ear. Then it would cause my stomach to feel like it was being tied in a super tight knot, so that I wouldn't be able to breathe and it felt like I was starting to choke on my tongue. I wouldn't be able to stand, I'd have to either sit, or begin crouching, anything that would require me to lower myself down to the ground. So that I could breathe again. Then shapes would start coming back to me, but my vision wouldn't be fully back until I looked away or tried to ignore what sort of trouble I was gettin into.
I've also had an episode once on my brother's bed, when I was laying on my stomach playing a video game. This I knew was a seizure, cause my eyes couldn't focus, my stomach felt like it was tying itself into a tight knot, my head started to kill me...and my tongue felt like it was going to be swallowed. I had to quickly sit up and lay on my back.
Now...I get seizures due to being super tired, hyper and moving around at the same time. Which isn't uncommon for me...seeing as though I have insomnia, have crazy amounts of energy at random hours of any day or night...and go few days without sleep sometimes. I'll be walking, and I know that if I let myself lose track of what's going on...I could fall down...and start seizing. I can feel it in my brain, my stomach and my whole body. But sometimes there just isn't much I can do about it..I know I need to sleep in order to completely avoid them...but...it doesn't always work out that way.
Anyways, do these sound like seizures?? Cause I was always convinced that that's what they were...but I never told anyone in my family that I was suffering them. Because my mom thought I was possessed once when I was having an episode and told her I couldn't see her when I was staring wide eyed right at her.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
