What a wonderful way to wake up---by having a complex partial seizure. It SOOOOO sucks to be sleeping peaceful in a nice quiet house and start fumbling around with your arms and legs, waking up, feeling like your going to throw up!!! AAAUUURRRGGGHHHH!!
They are getting worse again I think. It seems every few weeks they get a bit worse again. We have decided the meds are only going to make me have 3 or less a day, rather then a dozen or so. I've been on 4 different ones, and the side effects of the others were AWFUL, so my Dr. doesnt want to change mine again since I can live with the side effects of the ones I'm on right now, not that they are great but they are livable.
I get so frustrated every time they get a bit worse. Then after a couple of days I just accept the way it is and adjust to them again.

Hi- What a struggle you are having... Sometimes it takes a while to find the correct combination of AED's that will work. It took 4 different neuros and a whole year of trying different meds to get to where I am now. My neuro reduced my dose of Trileptal a few days ago because of side effects. Frustrating, yes... but it's an ongoing process. All we can do is be patient and keep trying.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
