I hav been experimenting with medication now for years..I..after reading up on the medicine, its side effects and benifits.. decided to decrease epilim by 200mg but take 300mg of phenytoin and it works for me..I should have told my specialist but they too have so many different permutations they can find themselves in a difficult sittuation..mine worked out well but please remeber their maybe consequences!!!So do ask it could make the difference..I do believe helping yourself is better than getting someone else to help you..Nobody knows you like you do..
