I have been epileptic since I was 7 years old. The usual things would cause seizures (lack of sleep, stress, being sick). As I got older (I am now 30) things seems to change. My seizures are more mild, however more far more frequent. They most certainly are related to my monthly cycle, but more recently they are occur after I run. I used to run 15-30 kms. Now if I run more than 1 km I am pretty much guaranteed to have a seizure. Does this happen to anyone else?
