Just wondering if anyone feels like they can "fight them off" when they start to get that feeling? Thats my husbands terminology. he seems to think that if he concentrates really hard he can make them not happen. Some doctors have said "No, not the case" and others have said that its possible. My husband has a very strong personality and sometimes I wonder if him being the "strong alpha male" type makes him think he can control these. I worry because I dont want him to have a false sense of security and think hes got it under control.
