I was diagnosed with a seizure disorder many many years ago and was on medication but got to a point where I kept forgetting to take my evening dose so my doctor said I may be able to not take it at all, so I stopped. I went 9 months with out any problems until last Thursday. I had a petite mal during the day then later that night had a severe grand-mal and was taken to the hospital where I had another one. They put me back on Dilatin and I haven't had any more grand-mal but I have a new experience, I will all the sudden not feel right and a numbing storm will start in my stomach and spread through my body usually down my feet then up my arms and my mouth where I taste a metallic taste. Unlike my prevoius petite-mals I'm usually coherent right away but tired and stutter a bit. I've had a couple of these every day since the last major seizure and it's keeping me from going to work. Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
