had an MIR this morning and being in that machine gave me anxiety and slight panic, I felt sick and shakey after coming out of it and when it was time for me to sleep everytime I shut my eyes I felt like I was back in the tunnel with that comtrapion over my face - it was horrible. I managed to stay still for the 20 mins it took (which felt like 20 hours) but man the amount of self talk and breathing it took and the amount of fight not to rip the thing of my face and climb out the tunnel was hard, I found out the hard way I'm claustphobic! Anyone had an experience like this and would like to share?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
