Hello, I'm new here and just learning about endometriosis. I am 32 years old, healthy, exercise, eat natural foods, etc. My periods occur every 28 days and last about 5-6 days and my cycle isn't painful or anything. Just really heavy bleeding at times, I mean really heavy. Last month I went into the restroom to put on a fresh tampon and before I made it out of the restroom, blood was running down my leg. I filled up a who Super Tampon in less than 45 seconds. I went to see OBGYN right away and explained what happened, etc. and she is certain that I have endometriosis. Plus, the fact that I have never gotten pregnant, makes me wonder if I really do have it. I have a laparoscopy scheduled for May 15. But I am wondering if this surgery process is really necessary considering and comparing all the symtoms that I am reading from the discussion forums. I'm scared and really upset. Juan and I have been having unprotected intercourse for a year and my period still comes every month. I'm really confused :( Thank you all for your topic advices in the forums, really helpful!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
