Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

Hi all,
Today a friend showed me an awesome website, called "But You Don't Look Sick?"
It's at
http://www.butyoudontlooksick.com/
The site is an awesome read. Specifically, my friend showed me the link to The Spoon Theory:
http://www.butyoudontlooksick.com/the_spoon_theory/
I hope that helps us all in trying to explain our disease to others!
The person who wrote it, Christine Miserandino, has Lupus. Her Spoon Theory can help anyone with a disease that people don't notice on the surface, the so-called 'invisible disability', to explain their situation to people.
She even has an online store, which includes products about Endometriosis, such as tee shirts reading "Endometriosis Sucks!"
My personal fav is the shirt that reads "My disabling chronic illness is more real than your imaginary medical expertise".
The store is at:

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
