Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

I am brand new to Daily Strength. I came accross it when I was browsing different social networking sites. I can't beleive how many members are within this online community.
***I'm just wondering how everyone found out about this site, or why you joined and why you prefer this service over others??? Anything I should know?
I just want to make sure I am choosing the right place.... THANKS A BUNCH!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Its a great place for support...welcome
I have found this site to be a great source of support and information. There are a lot of people here with a lot of experience dealing with endo and they have all been really helpful.
Back in August, I was googling for Endo forums to list as resources on my website, when I found this site. I chose this one over the others that I'd found at that time.
This seemed like the easiest to use, and has a journal feature which I need and adore.
I was reluctant at first to start participating in the forum - just wanted to watch. But then I started reading about people new to having this disease, and they were so lost and in need of help, I was spurred to action with others.
It was then that I realised that it made ME feel better emotionally to participate, instead of sitting there reading the forum and sulking with my own black cloud above my head about how much this disease sucks.
We're all in this together. We need each other. I'm very happy to have found this group.
