My doctor's office just called & since I have PPO insurance, they are saying I'm the one who needs to contact the insurance company to find out if Lupron will be covered as part of my post operative treatment. They said if I had HMO coverage then they would do the referral & look into it. This sounds a little backwards to me. Anyone have the same issue?
