Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

As far as being forced into a pregnancy...if you are feeling pressured....speak up for yourself. The pressure that you are feeling is because you are not ready, you know that. Don't let anyone pressure you to make such an important decision. A baby is a wonderful thing and will be even more wonderful when the time is right.

As for my experience, you are more than welcome to read my journals or I can just tell you things if you want. I only took 3 months worth of lupron, but one would have been too much. It caused so many different side effects and still effects me. Now, however, my pain is "imaginary" or "in my head" even though it is the exact same pain I felt prior to all of this...which at that point, was due to Endo....I am currently seeking second opinions. All I know is that now when I read about women who are thinking about taking Lupron or have just started...it makes me feel so bad. Knowing what I went through...I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
My experience is very different than the pp. I have had very little hot flashes and night sweats. It was much better than I thought it was going to be. I did my research and the horror stories scared me.
It is a personal choice to take the lupron and as the others have said make sure you do your research so you can make an informed decision.
