It generally takes just as long as you took lupron for it to get out of your system. Example: I took Lupron over 3 months, so I didn't have a period during that time or for the following 3 months. Did you only have one shot? Was it a one month shot or a 3 month shot? Unfortunetly, every woman reacts differently to Lupron, so it varies. But that seems to be the general rule. I remember those days...wishing for a period again. However, once I started bleeding, I bled for 37 days. I am just about to start my second period post Lupron next week. I wish you luck. Try to relax. I'm here if you need to talk.

I took it for 6 months and it took 2 months to have a period. I also think it never really leaves your system completely. I think I have trace amounts still in me (and it's been over a year) cuz I still have an occasional hot flash. Weird stuff.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
