Hi - My doctor currently has me on BCP for endo (he has guessed from my symptoms - not from surgery). My symptoms were - pelvic pain during ovulation and my period and stabbing pain occasionally in my rectum. He also noticed that I have an enlarged uterus. The BCP seemed to help for a few months, but the pelvic pain is back. Also, when I have sex, it hurts in my rectum. One of my concerns is that pelvic pain is also a symptom of ovarian cancer. Is there a clear way to tell the difference in the symptoms without surgery? Thanks for the help.
