I was wondering if anyone has had the shakes from intense endo pain. Lately I have been trying my hardest to control my pain as much as possible through meditation, warm baths, heating pads, and sometimes small amounts of pain meds but even when I feel that I have it under control to the point of me being able to function I get these uncontrollable shakes, especially in my hands. I don't know if it's nerves or what but for the past 2 month my pain has been everyday from moderate to severe. It seems as though when my pain is severe I can't stop shaking. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem and if so do they have any advice for me as to what is going one with me and if I can control this.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
