Hello! I'm new here. I'm 24 and was recently diagnosed with endo at the end of July, which was completely by accident. I haven't had much pain, but I noticed that since then, I just don't have as much energy as I used to. I get enough sleep at night, work out regularly and have a part time job, but I still need a nap in the middle of the day and am absolutely exhausted by bedtime. Can endo cause fatigue and if so, what can I do to get my energy back?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
