Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
There is a warning though - because one of the theories of how endometriosis develops is that of retrograde menstruation, there is a fear that using a menstrual cup actually PROMOTES endometriosis.

Hope that helps...
At first I got two samples from the website. They came after I had already started my period and wasn't bleeding much. I tried it anyway. It was a little wierd putting them in and hurt taking the first one out, only because I tense up.
I got the last two boxes from the store to be ready for my next period.
It was messy taking them out, but only one minor leak in four days. I didn't have to worry peeing on a tampon string, diaper rash, or a smelly pad. It even seemed to keep my usual cramps to a bearable state.
Tips for anyone considering them, Don't tense up when inserting or removing them, Relax as much as possible. Use a wet wipe to remove them. Were a pany liner or pad just in case it does leak.
