But since everyone is different, I do think that some things may work on some people. So if you find something you think might help, give it a try, you do need to stick with it for a few months to see if it has any effect.
You could also try food intolerance, ther must be some web sites out there, basically there are a few foods, white rice & chicken are the only two I can think of that very few people have an intolerance to, so you go onto a very strict diet of the 'safe' foods for a few weeks then introduce 1 other food at a time from other food groups to see if you react to it in any particular way, as you can imagine you have to be very patient!! It takes months!!!
