Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.

I was wondering if anyone had any balance or coordination problems when they're on their period? this morning my period started and i stayed with my mom and sister rather than my dorm last night. anyways i took the city bus back to my campus this monring and everything seemed fine until i stood up. i completely lost balance and for the life of me i couldnt move my feet. i had to grab the bar just to regain my balance so i could get off the bus. this has never happened before. i wasnt dizzy and the bus wasnt moving. i feel so embarrased.... people probably thought i was drunk or something because i was falling all over people.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Hope that you feel better
Are you still feeling like that?
It sounds scarry, if it continues, you might want to get your sugar tested or make sure you don't have an ear infection.
Take Care!!! Hugs.
It's very common-can be caused by a number of things-dehydration is a big factor, if you were low on fluids it could cause this. Your blood pressure will come back up on it's own in a few minutes, you just have to slowly arise and take a minute before you move and most people find it will pass.
Low blood sugar can cause those symptoms as well but that would not have improved as you would have still been feeling the symptoms until you ate or drank.
