Endometriosis Support Group
Endometriosis is a common medical condition where the tissue lining the uterus is found outside of the uterus, typically affecting other organs in the pelvis. The condition can lead to serious health problems, primarily pain and infertility. A major symptom of endometriosis is pain, mostly in the lower abdomen, lower back, and pelvic area.
I have heard that acupuncture is good for helping with endometriosis- am thinking of looking into it myself. There is a good book called Endometriosis a key to healing and fertility through nutrition by Dian Shepperson Mills it's excellent and has lots of ideas on how to get pregnant. Good luck.
I have had acupuncture twice for endo. They say it takes at least 3-6 treatments to have an effect...ALSO, remember that with acupuncture you often feel way WORSE in the days after treatment, but it is helping. I have found the second acupuncture (for endo) has done nothing so far, but I have it pretty bad.
As for fertility, try a naturopath - who are amazing at monitoring vitamins and food to help you conceive.
