I am 25 and have been diagnosed with the hypermobile type of EDS . I have horrible problems with my arms . I have tendonitus in both of them from the wrists up to my shoulders . I also have alot of joint pain in my right hip and knee . I had an elliptical machine and it bothered my hip so bad I could barley walk afterwards . I have gained some weight and I am noticing an increase in hip and knee pain . I was wondering what if any types of excersize may help me strengthen that . Years ago before I knew what was wrong someone suggested yoga but I thought that increased flexibility which I thought would be a bad thing .
