hi im 21 and ive suffered from eczema since i was about five i think! i started using steroid creams when i was about 12 i think! the first one worked wonders, but then stopped working, i use to be very bad at applying cream and moisturising so my skin use to get in very poor states where id be on antibiotics alot and used the cream far too often. so it stopped working and started using another that had steroid and antibiotic in it, the same problem occured and it stopped working. so im using my third different one i think now betnovate, and i hardly use it, my skin has improoved alot since i moved to wales the water is softer than where i use to live and it seemed to help, or maybe just age? but ive started to get a flare up on my arms and its just spreading as it does, im not too bothered coz i havent had a flare up in a while, but its uncomfortable when you have been a long time since having flare up, so i think my steroid cream isnt working for me again, im starting to think do i want to use another steroid cream again, doesnt it thin your skin and makes it even more sensitive? or is that just myth? ive been using fish oil tablets and probiotics but admittidly im quite bad at remembering to have them everyday, plus they are expensive!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
