I just thought I would share this with anyone that it might help. I've had eczema when I was a child and in my childhood it was exceptionally bad. And I suffered a period of generalized anxiety when I was in college. Needless to say, after having a number of anxiety attacks and having to go on some form of anti anxiety medication, I noticed that almost all my eczema had completely disappeared except for a small patch on my big toe. After a year of medication I was able to go off of it and still till this day my eczema is pretty minor. I have small bouts of it around my ankles when I am stressed out, but other than that, it has improved dramatically. I also found that using a water based lotion such as Udderly Smooth found at Trader Joe's instead of oil based lotions like Eucrine did a world of difference as well.
