I just wanted to share my yoga experience with everyone. I decided today to do a little yoga therapy since I have not done any in a few months. Well after doing it I felt at peace with my body and I found myself smiling for no reason at all. I think my mind and body connected for a moment. I know this might sound a bit silly but I just wanted to share it. Has anyone else had an experience like that whether it be yoga or any other activity?
