I worked out today for the first time since being back home, and boy did I need it. Something really strange happened though, and I wondered if anyone knew what was going on... I was doing cardio on the eliptical, for 65 minutes total. I had gone probably 45-50 minutes, and my heart rate was typically between 160-170. But then, out of no where, it dropped to under 100 in less than a minute. I know that ED affect the heart, and so that's why I was especially alarmed. I really don't want to have a heart attack at age 18... Could be nothing- I even thought maybe the machine was off. But, it bothered me :o/

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
