Sometimes ED covers up the positive qualities we all posses and we forget who we are and what we want in life. I thought it may be helpful for people to list a few reasons why recovery is important. Here are a few questions to consider: What are you working towards and what will you gain from recovery? How is ED holding you back and what problems has it caused you? What are your future dreams? How is ED currently keeping you from those dreams? Describe some of your talents good qualities. This last one is not really realted to the ? but it is a good thing to think about.
