I have been struggling with whether or not I excercise enough or not. Each morning I workout for half an hour but I always feel like it's not enough! Then I feel like I eat too much. I try and eat as healthy as I can, but still I worry I've eaten too much. It makes me feel frustrated because my weight is not going down after it went up. So now I am frustrated and guilty and have to force myself to keep up the work.
