As my postiive attitude flucuates, and I get so depressed and negative and in time choose negative behaviors in regards to food.
Anyway, a gratitude list helps me a lot to keep me going and get me back on a recovery oriented pathway.
I would love to learn other things that get people through the rough patches, and add to my recovery toolbelt.
What are things that you do to keep up the hope and maintain the path of recovery when inside you are really struggling with it?
