I guess i got this inspiration from the recent discussion ' what i overcame today' well i was thinking we could share tips of how we managed to stop, control or of we managed to acheive things.
Recently i have been stopping before doing something and thinking doi really want to carry this through and i have managed to refrain from being sick few times cos of this:)
What helps you guys??

It doesn't always necessarily work,but when i want to control a binge or overcome something I stop and count to one hundred and ask myself how i will feel about it when I have done it. Will it be worth it? Will it take me forward or hold me back? Try to think about it as if you were a second party. What advice would you give to others?

Talking to myself...if I really really try I can will myself not to BP. I have been successful for one day with this. When people are around it makes it more difficult for me so it's better when I'm not alone.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
