Everyone says that dieting and when watching what you eat that you should drink water, and a lot of it! But I feel like to ward off hunger and excessive eating, i need to drink a lot of water. Then i feel huge though from all the water I drank, not to mention im 5 foot so i have a smaller frame that really shows my stomach bulge so that I even look a couple pounds heavier. I know water is healthy, but to drink enough to get in the recommended amount per day and to help you from eating every 2 seconds, sometimes it makes me feel worse. Or it makes me feel like my stomach isnt able to shrink, which would help me eat less over time, it keeps getting ballooned up and stretched. Any thoughts anyone?
