Its Getting very hard for me to eat regularly and not make myself sick... any suggestions?

hi eat small and what u are comforatable with. throughout the day. just a suggestion. good luck!

maybe drink some ensure in order to get some nutrition in u without actually having to deal with food....

hmmm,you dont have to eat that regurly if you dont want to, someone once suggested a pattern of something small in the morning and something small in the eve(like a bowl of pasta) if you do this for a while even if your not eating properly your body knows that it will be getting food and if your not eating that much to begin with you wont need to throw it up!?!?!?!?!?!!!

I agree, small portions are the best. And if you can eat more frequently during the day, it will be easier for you. I have a nutritionist's plan that requires 6 intakes per day. I do my best, and it improved GRADUALLY over time. My doctor told me to start with two tablespoons of oatmeal every night before bedtime. Then she gradually had me increase the amount. The key is small gradual steps. It's not so much, two tbs. of oatmeal. (By the way, that was two years ago, and I eat 1 and a half cups of oatmeal every night.) It works.

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care.
