i don't know if i have an eating disorder or not.... i limit what i eat, and count calories obsessively for the most part (200-600 per day usually) and i throw up almost every day, but not on purpose. it's like if i feel like i ate too much, my body rejects it and it comes right back up. when i am not obsessively counting up what i eat, i binge on things like fast food, which also comes right back up. and i have no control when it happens.... i can eat like a normal person for a few days, and then i slip back into the obsession or the binging.... and i never know if i am going to throw up or not, much less when... i threw up in my cousin's pool last week when i accidently swallowed some pool water and it set me gagging. i just don't know what's going on with me... in the last week, i have lost 9 pounds and gained back 2. in 7 days. but i am not nearly what you would call thin.... i am 198 pounds.... should i go see a doctor, or just try to control it? i don't know if i have an ED or if the doctor would call me a hypochondriac.... does anyone have any advice? thank you....

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
