I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I am still considered underweight, but I appear alot "healthier" than I did 25 lbs ago. But let me be the first to say that I am psychologically waaaay worse off today! Even the bloody healthcare "professionals" seem to only gauge sickness in terms of an emaciated appearance. This is so frustrating.
I have this issue with my boyfriend and my father, when I look like I am from a third world country ,they take notice but when I am at my weight , they act as if I am cured. Stigma is an awful thing
