I ate with my family at Thanksgiving and found the food thing so disappointing. Sure it was good but so not worth the calories, fat, carbs etc. Why do all social events such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays, center around food?
Christmas is coming and I am feeling depressed. I just feel food in general not worth putting in my mouth.

You deserve food, high in calories or not...... I know how you feel though, tough battle there!!! Try eating very small amounts so you are less likely to feel horribly after because in all reality you didn't have much and change the pace of things to good things in life rather than the food, have good fellowship and maybe even some games to lessen the idea of the food being all the reason for the holiday. Good luck!
