The scariest thing about bulimia is that the vomiting erodes tooth enamel (which is a permanent effect it wont come back) and just recently I've been getting bad tooth ache and I have some small holes in my teeth. I'm really worried that I may have messed up my teeth for good but I cant seem to stop binging and throwing up. Its always like 'oh just one more time'...
Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Binging is hell. The thought of 'just one more time' has been my downfall as well as it keeps the cycle going. It would be good if you can find something that gives you the incentive to break the cycle.

It is good you realize that the enamel is not something that can just be easily patched. I think the more we can convince ourselves that band-aids can fix the problem, the deeper we get ourselves in. Keep trying to call yourself on your excuses.
BUT I SEEMED TO HAVE STOPPED VOMITING AT THE MOMENT IM STILL SCARED OF THE CONSQUENCES IN LATER LIFE!!!X
Tip:
-dont't brush you teeth right after you purge, it rubs the acid into the enamel. Just gargle mouth wash instead.
