I eat too much at once. I eat in stores. I spend alot of time thinking and planning about what I'm going to eat. I eat stuff I'm not supposed to even around people who know. I'm not keeping up w/ my to do list because I'm too focused on eating. This got worse after four mos. of keeping to a strict diet meant to improve my health. I want to stay on this diet, but I think the focus on food may be making me a little batty. Thank you in advance for any ideas you may have.
