i tried this once before and didnt get much help so i hope someone gives me insite to this! i have lost over 100lbs. gained it from depression and lost it over depression. whenever i feel triggered or stressed i cant eat. im the thinnest ive been since high school and im 36 now. when i get stressed i cant stand the sight of food much less eating. i have hypoglocemia so i have to make myself eat sometimes. after a few days of just a snack here and there my stomache gets messed up and when i eat it hurts. my bowls get backed up if i eat more than one meal. then when my stress subsides and i feel like eating again my system seems so messed up i can only eat about 1/2 a meal and have awful stomache aches. can anyone help me with something i can eat that wont make me sick or something to take to make the aches go away. right now im living off of crackers, corn dogs, coffee and pepsi. i did eat chinese food today and that didnt make my stomace hurt but when i ate my corn dogs for dinner my stomache started to hurt. i am under a doctors care and she just said "eat soup".......i dont know if im anorexic or not. im down to 138 and maybe a few lbs lighter after the past two weeks. i know that doesnt sound real skinny but im 5'5" and very large boned and some of the weight is extra skin from being over weight for 6 years.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
