I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
if you're in this community, it probably means you have some recognition that you have/are getting some sort of eating disorder.....DISORDER, that means something is not right. Given that eating disorders are usually mentally driven...that gives us a hint that the disorder is in out minds/heads. Listen to your stomach, NOT your head.
I know it is incredibly hard, but just get through it. we're here to help

The physical discomfort that I experience from hunger is easier to cope with than the emotional beating I will endure if I choose to feed myself.
That sucks, but its true. I feel like I just can't face having to get through "food", so I sit here and feel weak, tired and shitty because it seems way easier than trying to psyche myself up to eat.
Sorry I didn't offer any advice here, just wanted to know you're not alone today.
Don't continue down this road...as attractive as it may look on the outside...it really isn't fun or pretty when it's running its course. Trust me.
