I wish I could get a handle on portion control. I eat too much Waldenfarms and ricecakes again-no bran crispbread now. My fat free yogurt is made with wheat puffs,fat free whip,Waldenfarms choc sauce and cranberries. When I actually eat 3 times per day,I hope this subsides. I am anorexic with binge/purge tendencies I guess. I woulkd eat regular intervals if I could control portions even though super low cal garbage. I am frustrated how to fight this especially not meeting with therapist and nutritionist due to holidays.I hate holidays-I skip meals in anticipation of indulging but I never eat sweets-just turkey,veggies and a little sweet potatoes. I hope this does not trigger. I just want to get past growing out of clothes,having curves again and accepting a healthy relationship with food.
