Im always careful at the gym as far as not putting my hands near my face and such, but im wondering if by lying on once sweaty mats after sweating myself can cause illness (a.k.a. a cold). Somehow seeping into your pores? I ask because i've been feeling under the weather the past couple of days and im wondering if it's that or my immune system is really down due to adjusted eating habits...curiosity is all.

Do you feel miserable when someone (anyone) leave the house left you all alone? I dont know how to explain but i feel this everytime i stay home alone and someone goes out.
