Like a scoreboard! What a great way to think! Who ever wrote this, thank you! It has been a way for me to think of this truly as a battle against something, my bulimia, and that truly is what I am up against, not myself, which is how I too often think of it. Remember, we are not battling ourselves, but a disease, it will make it easier!

i think it was me, i use this daily as a way to cope, i check the score at the end of the week and if i scored more than the ED i treat myself, its silly i know but hey whatever works

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
