The reason for my discussion is that I cant stop analyzing everything I eat. I panic about someone putting something in my food that will alter my feeling normal (e.g.. Drugs.. Extacy etc)or something along the lines of mod altering substance and feel likei will loose it. Its at the point where my body is feeling like it has been "drugged" before i eat and goes through all these stupid symptoms for no reason. I eventually calm down and my food settles down and I'm ok but it's happening every time I want to eat. I have no trust and its bringing me more panic attacks then I have ever has.
It is also making me not want to eat, i lost about 6 kg's in 2 weeks not so long ago because no food sat well in my stomach so i just didnt eat hardly anything at all.
Does anyone feel like this at all?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I used to be like that with my scale. Whenever I lost weight I was sure my husband had manipulated it so I would think I lost weight and maybe eat something. Of course he hadn't done anything but it took me a while to believe him
