I just wanted to know if there was anyone out there that has been pregnant, or is pregnant with an ED. My fiance and I have decided to try for a baby and I would like to know maybe a little of what it was like for other people seeing that scale go up each month and even more, how they dealt or plan on dealing with losing baby weight after. I have been doing very well for many months now, but I want to be prepared so I don't relapse at all.

Today is my 25th birthday, to my somewhat lack of surprise I can see already no one really seems to care. I've always been the kinda person to make sure that everyone I Care about feels appreciated and knew somebody had their back. I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
i would recommend staying off of the scales. i did not do this and next time i definitely will to keep some of my anxiety down. when you go to the doctor ask them to weigh you backwards and not tell you the weight. and focus on eating small healthy meals throughout the day so you never get too hungry or too full.
i also did a lot of walking which helped me feel good :o)
best of luck to you!
my son was born 7 weeks early and has many medical issues and developmental delays...i dont know if this was because i was sick when i got pregnant or not....i was concidered high risk so there were lots of tests, bedrest and hospital stays.
my advise.....get yourself as healthy as you can before you get pregnant so this doesnt happen to your family....im here if there is anything you would like to talk about....you can pm me anytime!!!
Swimming feels really great, and going for long walks. Try to stay focused on the mother you want to be, and on being healthy. I think you will suprise yourself and it will come naturally or be a lot easier than you think. Nothing in the world is stronger than a mother's love.
Keep us posted and good luck!

I think if you went to a nutritionist they could guide you in gaining the weight at an appropriate rate while pregnant and then losing it the right way after.
No scales!! That's setting your self up for failure.
