Hello :) I have difficulty winding down at the end of the day. I often find myself binging or compulsive overeating in order to relax and feel sleepy. The more full I feel the better I seem to feel--except when I wake up the next day feeling worse about myself for engaging in that behavior. Does anyone have any healthy activities they do before bed that helps them to wind down and get to sleep? What do you do to stop yourself from binging when you have that really super strong urge?
