Try to go about your normal bedtime routine. Go to sleep and forget what you ate and things will be better in the morning. That's what I have always tried to do when I have had a bad day. Hugs.

Drink tons of water and wait for fifteen minites. That will give ut a little bit of time to mix up. Then purge, but only enough so that you're not in pain anymore-- do NOT try to get it ALL out; there's no reason to rip up your esophagus unnecessarily. Then just make sure you rehydrate yourself and resolve to NEVER do this to yourself again.
