Hi...I'm new to this thing, but I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have an overeating problem where I restrict my eating for 2 days or so and then accidentally slip and have a binge. My binges are horrible too...I'll eat anything in sight. I eat until I make myself sick, and I'm getting really tired of it. I hate the fact that I can't control myself once I start. It's making me hate myself and my body. I'm 5'3'' and 130 lbs. I feel so horribly overweight and want to get down to 110-115 in three weeks. Can anybody help me? I know I can control my eating habits...I just need to know where to start or how to do it. I'm also a runner and training for a half marathon. But whenever I have one of my binges I don't run...which causes me to gain weight. I need some motivation, some advice, or just anything...I feel so disgusting right now.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
