Hi, i just wanted some feedback on those of you who have been to, or are a part of a OA group. I have my first group session tomorrow. i am a bit nervous, but really shouldnt be. I am really hoping that it makes a difference. Trying to occupy myself to avoid a binge, is not easy to do. I know some of you have mentioned, doing things to relax, like take a bath or listen to music. But the bottom line is...if i want food, i want stop till i get, despite how bad i know it will make me feel.
