It seems like I'm spiraling out of control. One minute I'm eating between 0-600 calories a day, the next I'm binging like crazy. Yesterday I had 550, but burned 1300 at the gym. Today I just started binging on pops (about 2 cups worth) and a rice cake with maple syrup on it. I feel fat. I feel disgusting. But I don't feel full and I can't seem to stop. Please help me. What do I do?
