I usually don't eat any food until around 3 or 4 PM .But once I kick my appetite off I am starved for the rest of the night and cannot get enough food to feel satified . My stomache doesn't give me a clear message of being " Full " until I am really stuffed .I don't binge and purge just eat this and that and this and that.....to me any food is too much and my brain is wired wrong for balance . Can anyone relate ??
