Anyone else out there that "night eats" -like gets up in sleep, sometimes eyes closed or open, eat food, typically empty caloric food or sugar or cereal or PB etc.

I did try not eating after 6pm (I go to bed early as I have a 2 yr. old boy)but then it triggered the boughts of night eating again-I have done it for 11 yrs. @ least. Its also due to stress.
